The Enlightened Life: 5 Part Series


Everything you need to lead an extraordinary life!

This 5 part series has been created to give you all the knowledge you will ever need to lead a truly successful and fulfilling life.  The program is for everyone and no prior experience is necessary. The course will help you deepen your knowledge about your true self, how to have harmonious relationships and how to deal with the storms of life. In addition, the course will guide you through the pitfalls along the spiritual journey and teach you how to practically apply this wisdom in your daily life.

Part 1: Sun 21st Oct  – Essential Steps Towards Self-Discovery

The Greek aphorism ‘know thyself’ is still as important today as it was back then. How you identify yourself determines which path you take in life. Part 1 equips you with the essential knowledge and tools to begin to remove the fog and start to see your life in a clearer light.

Part 2: Sun 28th Oct – The Keys to Harmonious Relationships

‘Treasure your relationships, not your possessions.’
We all want supportive, happy relationships. Not just with a partner, but with friends, family, co-workers, etc. Explore the keys to healthy, meaningful relationships in all aspects of your life!

Part 3: Sun 4th Nov – Refuge from the Storms of Life

Let’s face it, life can get tough sometimes, we all need to have a place where we can rest and find shelter from the storms of life. This session will surprise you and you will leave with a greater sense of peace and understanding about your life.

Part 4: Sun 11th Nov – Avoiding Pitfalls on the Spiritual Journey

The spiritual journey is said to be an inward journey full of ever increasing blissfulness, but the pitfalls along the journey are many. In this class, Ben will draw from the teachings of past and present realized souls to help us avoid the many obstacles of spiritual life.

Part 5: Sun 25th Nov  – Integrating Yoga Wisdom into Daily Life

Yoga wisdom can profoundly affect the way we live our lives. In this session we will learn how to live a joyful and happy life no matter what our circumstances are.

Transform Your Life with Meditation


Discover how we can add an enjoyable meditation practice to our lives, in a way that suits our circumstances. This practical course will give us the tools we need to kick start a meditation practice.

Meditation can transform our lives so that we experience deeper peace, happiness and clarity of mind. It gives us a firm foundation for our lives so that we can weather the storms of life!

Meditation has been proven to:
– Improve quality of life
– Increase mental focus
– Increase confidence
– Develop positive traits like compassion, forgiveness and kindness
– And so much more!

This course is suitable for absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, and consists of guided meditations, mindfulness, yoga philosophy talks, kirtan and Q & A time. Our meditation teachers are warm, friendly and have had 7+ years’ experience in teaching meditation.

This 2 part course runs on 2 consecutive Monday evenings:

5 + 12 November

Cost: $20 with a take home meditation kit to assist in your ultimate self-care practice

Community Dinner & Kirtan


Join with Darwin’s conscious community for night of good vibes + kirtan + meditation + vegan dinner.

Experience the deeply relaxing and restorative effect of mantra meditation. This ancient yoga practice can help you overcome stress and anxieties, help relieve tension and calm the mind. Fully guided breathing, mindfulness meditation, kirtan and amazing delicious food. Come along and enjoy beautiful kirtan, relax, and share a meal with like-minded people under the stars!

When: Last Wednesday of every month (except December) | 7.30pm to 9.00pm

Join with us on a beautiful kirtan meditation journey to real rest and inner peace. Mantras are beautifully woven with melody to create a focus for the mind and deep relaxation for your whole being. Let go of all your stresses and worries!!
