First Kirtan for 2020

We can’t wait to be back for our first kirtan of the year and decade!

Wash away all your fears, worries and anxieties and simply immerse your mind and heart in the beautiful mantra meditation known as kirtan. Kirtan also allows you to experience deep happiness, spiritual love and inner wisdom!

The session includes an insightful Vedic wisdom talk and a delish vegetarian dinner. Everyone is invited.

Restorative Yoga Workshop

The speed at which we all seem to live our lives these days – rushing to and fro with jobs and family commitments – leaves many of us chronically tired and stressed with very few opportunities to recharge our batteries.

This is where Restorative Yoga comes in. It is a deeply relaxing practice – there is no striving to achieve the perfect pose, no ‘working the edge’. It is simply an opportunity for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

If you’ve been to even one regular yoga asana class then you will find the poses familiar. Your teacher Kalindi will guide you into each asana where you will be deeply supported by yoga props.

The session will also include yoga nidra, breathwork, and kirtan meditation for holistic nourishment of body, mind and soul. Finish with delicious bliss balls and homemade chai!

Including face-to-face time with your experienced, friendly meditation mentors and 21 days of online support, you’ll establish a firm foundation for adding this timeless practice to your life in a way that is sustainable for your unique situation.

This course is suitable for absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, and consists of guided meditations, yoga wisdom, kirtan and Q & A time.

Kirtan & Curry Night – Palmerston

The perfect end to the week! Experience complete rest and relaxation as we take you on the kirtan journey.

Dinner will also be included. A delicious and nourishing vegan curry made with love by our conscious cooks.

What is Kirtan?
Kirtan is a dynamic meditation that incorporates the chanting of ancient, powerful mantras with beautiful sacred music. Kirtan is a spiritual journey, a form of bhakti yoga — the yoga of devotion, that allows you to wash away all cares and worries. It is a joyous practice that will leave you feeling relaxed and uplifted.
