The Art of Dying: The Yoga Perspective


In honour of Dying to Know Day, we invite you to learn how to you can become free from the fear that surrounds death.

Did you know that 75% of us have not had end of life discussions, and that 60% think we don’t talk about death enough? The vast majority of us go through life behaving as if it will never happen. When the time comes, we are caught unprepared.

Would you like to live a joyful, purposeful life and face death fearlessly? Take practical steps towards creating a conscious death plan for yourself and learn how to support loved ones on the ultimate journey. Bring your questions!

This fascinating and valuable session will explore how the yoga tradition understands and deals with the subject of death. The wisdom of the yoga texts will serve as a resource to provide insight into how we can best prepare for a fearless and peaceful departure.

We welcome you to come experience the power and beauty of sacred mantras adorned with rhythmical and uplifting music.

Kirtan is Yoga’s most valuable treasure. It nourishes your deepest needs for inner peace and happiness, freedom from fear, and a heartfelt connection with the Supreme Being. Everyone is welcome to come and sing along with us, or simply rest your heart and mind in the soothing sacred mantras.

Moonlight Mantra Meditation

Nestled so close to the city yet feeling miles away, let the serene nature setting encourage you to shake off the stresses of everyday life and bathe in the sacred sounds of kirtan. From laid back acoustic beats to upbeat, free spirited tunes, you will be transported to a place of deep spiritual connection and happiness.

Shraddha are a group of friends who have dedicated their lives to the service of others. They have experienced how the yoga system can uncover a life of complete harmony and purpose. So they can’t help but to share the happiness kirtan brings with everyone they meet.

Plus hang out and share a vegan picnic with your conscious community!

Sri Krishna Janmashtami Celebration


The auspicious advent of Sri Krishna is a worldwide time of joyous celebrations!

We invite you to join us in observing the globally celebrated Sri Krishna Janmastami Festival. There will be chanting, dancing, feasting, songs and storytelling as well as a beautiful bathing ceremony. Immerse yourself in an evening of festivities and feel completely spiritually recharged! Featuring the legendary kirtan band, Shraddha Kirtan.

Come together with hundreds of souls for this devotional festival as we celebrate the universally renowned jewel of yoga wisdom and the embodiment of spiritual love – The Supreme Being, Sri Krishna.

Transform Your Life with Meditation


Discover how we can add an enjoyable meditation practice to our lives, in a way that suits our circumstances. This practical course will give us the tools we need to kick start a meditation practice.

Meditation can transform our lives so that we experience deeper peace, happiness and clarity of mind. It gives us a firm foundation for our lives so that we can weather the storms of life!

This course is suitable for absolute beginners to advanced practitioners, and consists of guided meditations, mindfulness, yoga philosophy talks, kirtan and Q & A time. Our meditation teachers are warm, friendly and have had 7+ years’ experience in teaching meditation.

This 3 part course runs on 3 consecutive Monday evenings:

September – 10, 17, 24
November – 5, 12, 19

Join with Darwin’s conscious community for night of good vibes + kirtan + meditation + vegan dinner.

Experience the deeply relaxing and restorative effect of mantra meditation. This ancient yoga practice can help you overcome stress and anxieties, help relieve tension and calm the mind. Fully guided breathing, mindfulness meditation, kirtan and amazing delicious food. Come along and enjoy beautiful kirtan, relax, and share a meal with like-minded people under the stars!

Gain freedom from the turmoil of the mind and learn practical ways to use mindfulness to live a meaningful, peaceful and happy life. Not only does mindfulness give us the opportunity to break free of the storm of emotions in the mind, we can actually begin to transform the mind so that it becomes our friend and a valuable ally on our journey through life.

This workshop is for anyone who wants better outcomes in their life – professionally or personally. Participants will learn leave with a toolbox of strategies which can be applied in many different situations. Join us to explore new insights and face your life with renewed energy!
